Silvério Paulo de Albuquerque, O.F.M. (born March 11, 1917) is a Brazilian bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. Currently one of oldest bishop in the Catholic Church and one of oldest Brazilian bishops.

Silvério Paulo de Albuquerque born in Olinda, Brazil in 1917, ordained a priest on May 30, 1942 with the Roman Catholic order of Orders of Friar Minor. Silvério was appointed bishop of the Diocese of Caetité March 17, 1970 and ordained bishop on May 10, 1970. On January 18, 1973 he was appointed bishop of the Archdiocese of Feira de Santana and would remain until his retirement on February 22, 1995.
